FRESH is dedicated to throwing good parties and events in Shenzhen. Underground style.

Our specialties include: drum & bass, old school hip hop, dubstep, beach parties, deep house, surf contests, rock n’ roll, minimal/detroit techno, kungfutography, and other fresh ideas. We spin on turntables and vinyl. Sometimes with the odd midi controller/keyboard/guitar thrown in for good musical measure. We’ve got our own system of bass music mayhem ready to hit the road whenever.

We began at Triple J Cafe in fall of 2007 playing old school hip hop computer sets. Then we threw a surf contest in 2007, our first big organized event. Followed that up with a bunch of fun nights at the legendary Ibiza bar. Threw our first beach party in spring 2008. Finally, we threw our first drum & bass party in July 2008, and Fresh was born…

We’ve booked some of the best DJs and live talent in the region, and are always looking for more fresh performers.

We’ve held parties in many unique locations, including West Bay (9x), Bar Plush, True Color Club, Central Walk rooftop, Liangcha Warehouse, Fly Bar (the lesbian bar), La Casa, Yidutang, XXD Miniclub, Enigma, U Bar, Viva, Liantang Book Bar, La Vie Materielle Book Bar, Hans Club, and more. And we’re always looking for fun new locations to throw down.

We love parties, we love music, we love drinking, we love dancing, we love our friends, and we love having fun. That’s what Fresh is all about.
